About Me
I am a seasoned CFO (FCPA) with over three decades of executive finance leadership experience across sectors including aged care, disability, health, multinationals, FMCG, water utilities, Start Ups, SMEs and the not-for-profit space.
Throughout my career, I have led complex business transformations, driven cultural and operational change, and helped organisations ranging from large multinationals to community-based providers and start-ups to improve performance, navigate uncertainty, and grow sustainably. I have led and mentored high performance teams of up to 40 people both domestically and the Asia Pacific Region to achieve organisational strategic goals within a culture of empowerment.
As founder of CFO Sight, my goal is to bring this depth of experience and insight to growing businesses, not-for-profits, and social enterprises through flexible, value-driven fractional CFO services.

I've Walked in Your Shoes
I understand first-hand the competing priorities faced by CEOs, founders, and Boards—because I have worked alongside them at every level. From community health to commercial retail, and from grassroots disability services to multinational supply chains, I offer more than insight—I offer experience that has been earned, not theorised.
I also know what it is like to start something from scratch. As the former Director of Bricks 4 Kidz Victoria, I built a STEM-focused children’s education business from the ground up covering Southeastern, Bayside suburbs and other parts of Victoria. This experience gave me a unique appreciation for what it takes to balance vision, risk, and resilience in today's challenging environment.
Most founders crave to spend more time to focus on the things they are best at - the things that inspired them to start their own business. I will help to generate this time releasing you to focus on your business but also more importantly give you back time to spend with family, friends and your well-being.
